Vol. XXII, Issue 43
Please note these timely communications to participants:
This week we sent a letter via USPS to approximately 4,000 participants with no email addresses on record. We asked these participants to update their Benefits Access account or call Customer Service with a current personal email address.
The week of November 13 we will be sending targeted postcards to approximately 7,800 participants who are not making personal contributions to their retirement plan: One version targets a subgroup not registered for Benefits Access; the other version targets a subgroup who is registered for Benefits Access. The overarching message for these postcards is asking participants to consider these actions as "completing the puzzle picture" of their retirement plan participation.
This week we sent out a brief survey to a group of 300 randomly selected participants. The survey asks for feedback on how we can better support their needs through Wespath's branding and communications.
Wespath's Mark Warren delves into the UAW's tentative deals with the Big Three North American automakers in our latest Markets at a Glance video. He also explains the significance of bond yields moving higher for businesses and consumers. Read our October Monthly Investment Report to learn more.
Wespath wants to see all participants take full advantage of the benefits available to them—especially retirement benefits. To that end, we've created a NEW toolkit for you to help encourage participation in the United Methodist Personal Investment Plan (UMPIP). We appreciate your partnership and support in spreading the word about the value of retirement benefits!
