Virgin Pulse Multi-Factor Authentication

Virgin Pulse participants will receive this e-mail on September 11 about a new Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process designed to add an extra layer of security to Virgin Pulse accounts. After the e-mail is sent, Virgin Pulse will begin requesting that participants enter their mobile phone number when they log in.

Beginning in October, participants will be prompted for a security code when they log in. They will have the option to receive the security code texted (SMS) to the mobile number or sent to the e-mail associated with their account. This request will also appear any time there is a login from a different computer or mobile device or if it has been more than 30 days since last use.

Sifting Through the Facts Webinar Series: Fundamentals of Social Security

Wespath will be hosting a webinar on Tuesday, September 17 at 2 p.m. Central time about social security. This webinar will cover early, full and delayed retirement benefits. It will also address spousal benefits and survivor benefits. The webinar will finish with information about the benefits application process and about additional resources.

This webinar will be led by Bob Christophel, Benefits Education Manager.
