Participants are currently unable to access the Wespath call center due to technical difficulties with the phone system. We are working on resolving the problem.
Benefits Access is available for online transactions. During the outage, participants will hear a recorded message notifying them of the phone problems and directing them to Benefits Access for account information and transactions.
