New Benefits Access Participant Communications

In October, we announced enhancements to Benefits Access that will allow participants to view all their Wespath benefits—retirement, health, well-being, life and disability – in one website. On November 18, we sent targeted messages to participants reminding them of the upcoming enhancements to Benefits Access. The e-blasts were segmented by audiences based on their current benefit portfolio.

• HealthFlex participants with Wespath retirement benefits
• HealthFlex participants without Wespath retirement benefits (sent today)
• Participants with retirement only
• Participants with retirement benefits and the Virgin Pulse Program

Important Things to Remember the New and Improved Benefits Access

• Launch of the new Benefits Access is scheduled for mid-December. We will inform of the go-live date once it has been confirmed internally.
• Participants will log in to the new Benefits Access using their existing login credentials at benefitsaccess.org.
• HealthFlex/WebMD will still be available for HealthFlex participants and spouses in the first part of 2021. We will notify of a sunset date once a decision is finalized.
• This enhancement is not available on the Benefits Access app. A mobile-friendly view will be available on the Benefits Access website.
• The Benefits Access Portal for Plan Sponsors will not change.
