Adoption Agreements for 2019

Please complete and submit the following documents:

• By June 20—Grant Continuation and Approval Report, which was e-mailed to conferences on May 18, 2018
• By June 26—Adoption Agreement Supplement One—CRSP (Pre-82 Plan), indicating the Past Service Rate (PSR) and Contingent Annuitant Percentage for 2019 that were approved at annual conference, even if they have not changed from the 2018 rates

If you are making changes for 2019, please also complete and submit:

• By June 26—Adoption Agreement for the Clergy Retirement Security Program (CRSP), indicating annual conference elections for part-time and full-time clergy effective January 1, 2019
• By June 26—Adoption Agreement for Conference Sponsorship of Clergy in the United Methodist Personal Investment Plan (UMPIP), indicating annual conference elections for UMPIP sponsorship (participant and/or plan sponsor contributions) for any clergy effective January 1, 2019*

* Annual conferences adopting UMPIP Automatic Features effective January 1, 2019—Wespath will send signature-ready UMPIP adoption agreements effective January 1, 2019 to annual conferences that are adopting Automatic Features according to the timetable discussed with those annual conferences.

Virgin Pulse announced on Monday, May 21, 2018 that they are merging with RedBrick Health, a leader in employee health engagement. The Virgin Pulse program used by your annual conference will remain the same. A press release about this merger is available.
